Interviewed Feb 2012 in Columbus, OH (took a day)
I was interviewed for multiple positions across their brands and they thought I would be a good fit for a demand planner or inventory position. They sent over the job descriptions and said they would get back to me ASAo and I never heard anything back even when I emaied to follow up. During the interview they just asked em to discuss my work past work history and what I'm currently doing now.

Interviewed Aug 2010 in Columbus, OH (took 2+ weeks)
I applied online and was contacted by a corporate recruiter for a phone interview. I was then contacted for an onsite interview with six people in the department at the company including the manager - back to back for 3.5 hours. (met with them individually). the schedule changed four times. It turned out I met with only 3 of them.

Interviewed Mar 2008 in Columbus, OH (took 5+ weeks)
I had multiple rounds of interviews with Limited Brands. The initial phone screening was with a corporate recruiter, who was really nice. Our conversation was well over 1 hour and we mostly went over my previous job experiences and why I was open to other career opportunities. The second round was with 3 different managers within the dept, mostly going over my work experience as well. I was invited to come back for the final roun of panel interviews with wll over 10 other internal and external candidates. We interviewed with individual VP/Directors and were put into groups for a problem which we needed to present to the executives.
