Interviewed Aug 2011 (took 3 weeks)
The whole process took quite a while as there was a long time between initial contact and getting paperwork. Their HR department seemed to be swamped with applications and they were unable to process them very quickly. The process as a whole was nerve racking because they played it close to their belt and didn't let me know about their decision until much later.

Interviewed Jun 2011 (took a day)
Behavioral Interview questions, some read the questions off a piece of paper, very scripted.
Schedule of interviewers changed a bit from the agenda. The interviews lasted almost 6 hours. Met with several different levels. Nice people but nobody offered me a drink of water the whole day and they each had a copy of my interview agenda. At the end, my interest in the company was decreased.

Interviewed Nov 2011 in New York, NY (took 3 weeks)
Three phone interviews over a two week time frame. First phone interview was with the HR manager, second phone interview was with the director, and third interview was with the hiring manager. I got called back the same day as the third phone interview to arrange an in person interview in NYC. The next week I flew up to NYC for 2 days and had an entire day of interviews. There were 5 separate 1:1 interviews with various members of the team. The day was long and kind of mentally exhausting, but overall not too bad.

The question was based on recruit, hire and staffing. The question was, " tell me how do you recruit, your hiring process. Answer, based on the position I will do the recruiting outside or inside the store. I have found that in retail your customer is the best part-time associate.

I applied online and was contacted by a corporate recruiter for a phone interview. I was then contacted for an onsite interview with six people in the department at the company including the manager - back to back for 3.5 hours.
