Responded to an ad on Careerbuilder. 2 months after applying, I got a call from corporate HR. Did and impromptu interview over the phone then a follow up interview with another person from corporate HR. Then I had a 1:1 interview with a manager in his office. Standard questions were asked. Got officially offered the job over the phone by corporate HR. Accepted and then was sent through a drug screening. Very long process, but well worth it.
