Lindamood-Bell Learning Processes Office Manager Interview

Posted Apr 7, 2010

No Offer – Interviewed in Atlanta, GA Mar 2010 – Reviewed Apr 7, 2010

Interview Details – The 1st step was a phone interview, and you are called into the office for a screening. I was told the screening would take 2 hours and would consist of a spelling test & critical thinking exam. Upon arrival there were 4 others scheduled for the same exam & I witnessed 6 others leaving when I arrived. The spelling test was easy, but I did not connect how the exam related to the position. The results of the exam are not given to the candidates. Upon completion we told we would be contacted either by phone if we are selected for an interview or by mail if we were not.

Interview Question – no question asked, screening   Answer Question

Other Details - I applied online and the process took a day.
