Interviewed Jun 2008 in San Diego, CA (took 6+ weeks)
Joining LPL isn't so much of an interview as it is a recruitment. They want you to join their company, which makes the process easier then more traditional job interviews. From the get go they made it clear that they wanted me as part of their family early on in the interview process. My contact there spent time to learn more about my business and did a good job of staying in contact. Once I made the decision to join the company, the transition team did a great job of helping me through the process.
