Interviewed Jul 2010 (took a day)
I only got an interview because I was an aquaintance with one of the current employees.
The interview itself was VERY informal.
Sat in the lobby with the store manager who explained briefly how things work at Little Caesar's, and what working there would entitle.
The only questions I was asked were when I was available to work, and "If you were to be any cereal, what would it be, and why?"
Was pretty much garunteed the job, the moment I got the interview.
Like anyone else who works there; You're only hired if someone knows you inside.

Interviewed Oct 2011 (took a day)
This interview was HARD, it was just the people I interviewed with though. It was a 2:1 interview which sucked, but what sucked more was the questions. They told me they just went online and googled the hardest questions..... and boy were they HARD! I also got thrown some math questions! But my advice to you is just be yourself because I was caught off guard with all the questions (and I mean EACH and every one) but I was honest and had a good attitude. I got the job on the spot after about 40 mins of brutal questioning, and I start working 2 days after the interview. Seems like it's gonna be hectic since I start as the only cashier on a Friday night in a college town, but I'm ready! Do not doubt yourself because this is going to be my first job and after an interview like that, I'm ready for anything! Interview experience was negative, but I still got the job.

Interview with market director. Every door was closed in office, I should have known something was up then. Closed doors usually mean, close door policy and it did.

I filled out an application and they called me back to set up a meeting time. I went in for the meeting time, and was offered the job without an interview. I was given my tax forms to fill out, and started about 4 days later.

Interviewed Apr 2011 in Butte, MT (took 3 months)
I call for an interview after my application had been turned into them three months prior. My interview consisted of a one on one interview that last around thirty minutes in length. The second part consisted of filling out my paperwork and receiving my shirt and hat. All in all the whole process was no were near what I have come to expect from any employer. It was essentially along the lines of, well we need someone and we don't care who so this is it, your hired. This in turn makes me not only doubt management competency but owner/operator competency as well.

Negotiation Details
They do not let you negotiate with them, it is either you take what they offer or you can take a hike. For those of you are thinking about applying at a Little Caesars anywhere I encourage you to do your research and talk to current and former employees if you can before you take the interview. Know what you are getting yourself into before you get into, because they will sugar coat it and hide the facts.
Other Details
I applied In-Person and the interview consisted of a 1:1 Interview and a Presentation.

Interviewed Sep 2009 in Visalia, CA (took a day)
They asked the obvious questions like previous experience, availability, how long I was hoping to stay with the company and what my goals where. It's an employer that is franchised so it was pretty strait forward. Though unless you really need a job I'd look somewhere else for Steady employment.
