I applied in-person and the process took 5 days - interviewed at Little River Casino Resort in March 2011.
Interview Details – I went to LRCR's Human Resources Department and inquired as to positions available. I applied for every position for which I was qualified. I recieved a letter within a week that offered me an interview for the position of Guest Service Agent with the Resort Hotel. I went to the interview and filled out a personality type test while waiting and then interviewed with the Hotel Director, Hotel Consierge, and a Guest Service Lead. The interview was very friendly and went well. I knew I had the job, and that was confirmed by letter within the week. After that I had to wait about a month to start due to the intense background check required.

Negotiation Details – I was not offered a chance to negotiate. And actually was lead to believe that I had a full time permantent position (which was what was advertised on the posting. In reality I had a part-time temperary position. I was so impressed with the company that I kept working. After six months of uncertainty I was offered part-time permanent employment. After nearly two years with the company I no longer have hope for that coveted full time status and have been passed over so often that I am seeking employment elsewhere.
