Interviewed May 2011 (took 2 weeks)
I did a phone interview where they ask me to tell them about my resume, why I wanted to work for Live Nation, my past internship experience, etc. I then was invited for a one-on-one interview. Really casual. I was then offered a position a week later.

Interviewed Apr 2011 in Philadelphia, PA (took a day)
Before interviewing with Live Nation, I eagerly prepared so I would be ready to impress the interviewers with my qualifications. If only this feeling was mutual. The interview was conducted by the manager of VIP Seating and his assistant. The assistant was a sweet girl who was just out of college and reminded me of myself, enthusastic and polite. The manager on the other hand was arrogant and could not have cared less about the words coming out of my mouth. While asking each question, he didn't even try to bother himself with taking a moments from texting on his Blackberry to look at me and address my response. Instead, he leaned back in his chair with his knees pressed against his desk and continued whatever urgent text reply he needed to send. Towards the end of the interview, I had heard what they had to say about the position and I decided to right there decline any further advancement with the company.

Reason for Declining
The position wasn't exactly what I was looking for and after seeing the way I would have been treated by my would be boss, I did not accept the position. This may have been different if I was given the mutual respect I expected to recieve. I probably would have accepted the internship in hopes of gaining a foot in the Live Nation door and advancing in the company to a position I have more interest in, but because of this negative experience, I chose not to. To this day, I would still like to work for Live Nation, just not in the Philadelphia branch.

Interviewed Feb 2011 in North Hollywood, CA (took 1+ week)
I was first approached by their recruiter, followed by a phone interview. It went well. I was told they'd get in contact with me within a couple of days. After waiting for close to a week, I emailed and questioned. I was then contacted for an in-person interview. It didn't go as well as I had hoped, since I didn't have all the advanced experience the manager wanted. I wasnt declined for the job at the spot. However, I never got a phone call, email, or anything in terms of a rejection. I felt like I was left hanging, or not even good enough for a response.

Interviewed May 2010 in Phoenix, AZ (took 3 days)
I applied for the internship online. I got a response about a month later indicating interest. I did two phone interviews before I interviewed with the woman who would be my immediate supervisor. Her question were very generic and made me think that they get a very low level of talent applying. I was offered the job on the spot.

Interviewed Jan 2011 (took a day)
The interview planning process went smoothly as the recruiter was the middleman. When I arrived, the reception wasn't really friendly and the person I was being interviewed by was late by 15 minutes. It turned out another person was also going to be in the room but I was never forewarned. While answering the questions, the uninvited employee was looking arounf elsewhaere as if bored. I didn't get a good vibe from the culture or the employees so after the first interview, I lost interest and realised quickly I wouldn't have fitted in.

Interviewed Oct 2009 in Hollywood, CA (took 3 weeks)
I met with a recruiter who was very discombobulated. The interview was brief, yet pleasant and I was asked baisc, matter of fact questions. I then had a group interview which went well. The employees seemed honest and straight forward. The interview itself was more like a conversation than a traditional interview. My only relevant complaint about interviewing with Live Nation is that I wasn't informed when a decision had been made. After several follow-up emails and months later (hey, I'm an optimist:), I finally assumed I didn't get the job. If a person takes the time out of their schedule to interview with a company, I think it's professional and respectful to let them know the outcome - period.

Interviewed Dec 2010 in Los Angeles, CA (took 2 days)
The recruiter was all over the place. She kept getting times wrong or not calling back. The phone interview was done using a shared gmail account. It was very easy. The in-person was pretty easy as well.

There was no room to negotiate... unfortunately. The company has just merged with TicketMaster and is going through an aggressive cost cutting phase, trimming the fat, even going so far as to remove the 401K match program.

Interviewed Apr 2008 in Holmdel, NJ (took a day)
Easiest interview ever, if you know someone that is. I hardly had to say anything, they didn't ask anything about me or my skills/work ethic. It's no wonder they get such lazy people working there.
