    Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Lloyds Banking Group (Bristol, England (UK)) in December 2014.

    Interview

Great interview! I felt relaxed with the interviewers and they asked work related questions and tried to see how I would fit into the job role. They were very friendly and represented the company so well and they made me feel that the company is the right company for me to work in. A recruiter that the bank uses called me and did a phone screen before sending my details to the bank who later requested for a face to face interview which went well. I was asked to resume in less than one week with an offer which I accepted.

    Interview

applied online, following a LinkedIn posting got a phone call the next day asking me some questions and inviting me for face to face, meet two of the team who didn't seem experienced in interviewing almost seemed intimidated. asked me generic question off a sheet they weren't very fluid. asked me to prepare my views on Q1 statement for a Q&A but never asked me about it. Still waiting to hear who got the role even though I was told we'd be informed by Wednesday- fingers crossed
