Interviewed Nov 2008 (took a day)
Went to the interview. Very easy interview. They basically will ask you questions about your background and your experience related to the position you are applying for. They will ask some background information about you relative to retail, food, and life story. The people interviewing me was very nice and for about 1/2 of the interview, we basically talked about non-work things.

Interviewed Jun 2010 (took 4 months)
Four rounds of interviews: phone interview, 3 rounds of in person interviews. First was 2:1, next was 2:1 but rotating so that I met approx 6 different people, and third round was 1:1. Each successive round was with people higher in the chain of command. Every interview is different though. One of the interviews also had a skill test (30 min).

Interviewed May 2010 in Brampton, ON (Canada) (took a day)
Phone interview, conducted on time and on point. Next interview would have been conducted in person with the direct manager, HR manager and possibly one executive. The position, although positioned as a managerial role, has no direct reports and limited work to actually manage. Title seemed a little inflated for the actual work that would entail.

Interviewed Mar 2010 in Toronto, ON (Canada) (took a day)
The process was straight forward. The interview lasted approximately 2 hours and consisted of a one on one interview where they asked a series of only behavioural questions. This part lasted approximately 45 minutes. The second part of the interview was a group interview where the group was given was case and had approximately 15 minutes to solve it and then 15 minutes to present it to the employer. Overall the interview experience was a positive one.
