I applied online. The process took a weekinterviewed at Loblaw.

    Interview Details

I applied online and received a phone call a couple of days later and did a "phone screening" asking basic questions about customer service and just generally gave me and idea of the type of job and was set up for an in person interview on another day at the store I would be working at. Went for the interview, more questions like "what would you do if the customer...", questions about my previous jobs/experience. Was told I'm pretty much hired and was given the date/location/time for the next available "training class". In the training class there were other people who were also hired all going to different stores/jobs just getting a general idea of how they do things and also fill out some forms and they handed out packages of info for everyone that specifies their locations.
