I applied online and the process took 3+ weeks - interviewed at Lockheed Martin.
Interview Details – I applied online to a few student tech intern positions. I got an email fairly late (end of April) to set up a phone interview. They said it was a position that they created fairly late so the whole process went pretty quickly. The phone interview was the only interview. The interview consisted of standard behavioral questions and a few technical questions. The technical questions were not difficult and mostly about the various programming languages and software I am familiar with. Everyone from the recruiter to the manager I interviewed with were extremely nice.
Interview Question – Tell me about a time you went beyond what was required of you for a project in school? Answer Question
Negotiation Details – I didn't negotiate because I considered the pay to be generous (21/hr).
