I applied through a recruiter and the process took 5 days - interviewed at Lockheed Martin in February 2009.
Interview Details – After 2-3 phone conversations with a recruiter that included screening questions a phone interview with the hiring manager was scheduled. The phone interview lasted about 30 minutes. The phone interview was one of the most through and best conducted interviews I ever had (I wish I would have written down the questions). Then a face to face interview was conducted with the hiring manager. This was a continuation of the phone interview.
