Interviewed for a position in an affiliated company, wasn't impressed with the overall opportunity. Found out about opportunity through internal network, which is how all decent jobs are found. Wasn't a traditional "tell me about yourself" meeting, but a discussion of various projects and plans for the particular company. Interviewer was selling the job because of the lack of decent benefits.

Interviewed Nov 2009 in Dallas, TX (took 2 weeks)

Completely behavioral based. Interviews were held in two stages, both panel interviews. The first amongst a group of "peers", the second with a group of directors; an HR representative present at both.
The interviews were quick moving, but generally kept a friendly atmosphere. Generic behavioral questions asked.
