Interviewed Mar 2011 in Fort Worth, TX (took 2 months)
There was a one on one interview to initially determine the serious candidates. Then, after more than a month of no contact I received an email asking me to come in and be interviewed by a panel. I had to give a short power point presentation and there was also an hour long information session.

Interviewed Apr 2011 in North Bethesda, MD (took a day)
Very simple hiring process. I applied online, got a call inviting me to provide a bit more information, and then another call with an invitation to fly out to Maryland to interview. The interview took all of 45 minutes, and was conducted by 3 attorneys and one HR coordinator. Interview style was behavioral, with scenario-based questions. The panelists were very good conversationalists, so there were no awkward moments.

Interviewed Jun 2010 (took 2 days)
Saw lots of people, some of whom knew why I was being interviewed while others really did not know specifically. LM is a large company, so be prepared for the time consuming HR process.

Interviewed Apr 2011 in Herndon, VA (took 4+ weeks)
The interview was easy. We talked over the phone, me and a manager, a lead, and a senior employee in the group. The questions asked and the answers given didn't seem to matter. I didn't really want the job that badly...it certainly was not my first choice, so I barely tried. I know I didn't say or do anything stellar, but they still offered me the job. I still am not sure why they made me an offer...? I think I just had the right background within the company. I had held a couple related job roles. They also didn't try hard to "sell" me on the position, saying things like, "This isn't a superstar type of position. This is something people do for a little while before moving on to something else."
Negotiation Details
I didn't get anything extra out of them salary-wise, and I did my research and made a strong case. However, I did turn down relocation package and ask for cash instead. I got $5,000. This was worth it for me b/c I was not actually selling my home, and only "moving" a few hours away where I would rent a room during the work week.
FYI, for internal employees or people who know someone who works at this company, take the salary range given. Find the midpoint [=(low number + high number)/2], then multiply it by either .8 or .85 (as in 80% or 85% of the midpoint. If you are in the range experience wise of the number of years experience they are looking for, then this formula will give you a pretty good idea of what they might offer you. If you are moving to a higher or lower cost of living, factor that in accordingly (eg. 11% higher cost of living should be 11% higher income than calculated in the previous equation).
OR, you might get 115% of your current salary. They will shoot for whichever is lower, so you need to shoot for whichever is higher. They wouldn't take money away from you if you were making more then the position range. However, come promotion time, you would be "topped out" and not get a raise probably.
It is difficult to negotiate with a big corporation. managers don't have the same power as, say, a privately owned company, company owner would, obviously.

Interviewed Jul 2011 (took 5 weeks)
I applied for the position and was contacted by the recruiter about a month later and set up an interview. They provided hotel and car rental accomodations, as well as reimbursed me for meals and gas.
The interview panel consisted of four managers.
The questions were pretty simple:
Describe your skills.
Why do you want to leave your current job?
Your favorite college course?
Your least favorite college course?
Your strengths?
Your weaknesses?
I am currently waiting for an offer. After contacting a recruiter recently, I was told it could take up to three more weeks before a decision is made.

Interviewed May 2011 in Phoenix, AZ (took a day)
The person who I spoke with just asked very general questions about my experience with different types of technology. He never asked me anything specific. Topics ranged: Java (Eclipse, Netbeans Swing), C++ OpenGL 3D, jQuery, Ajax, Json, XML, LInq to XML, Service Oriented Architecture(C#). But after that, he was supposed to call me back in a week, but I never head back from him.

Interviewed Mar 2011 in Marietta, GA (took a day)
I applied for other positions (not the one I was interviewed for), and my resume was seen by a recruiter for the position I interviewed for. The recruiter contacted me by phone to obtain my availability for an in-person interview. Travel/lodging was covered by the company. The interview was in the morning, and only lasted about 30 minutes.
