Leadership Development at Lockheed Martin

No Offer – Interviewed in Mount Laurel, NJ Jun 2012 – Reviewed Jan 3, 2013

Interview Details – Applied online and received a reply a month later for a face to face interview. The interview process was done by three staff members from different depts (i.e HR, technical software engineering). Interview questions were done in STAR format. Situation, Task, Action, Result. You were given a question and you had to give a situation no matter what. However, staff members were very considerate and somewhat helpful in terms of no response answers. Behavioral questions and one technical was given. Time-wise, it was 30 minutes long. As for how the interview process was conducted, the staff members were responsible for writing everything the interviewee stated for the interview. Ideally, the best leadership situation was expected from the interview.

Interview Question – Tell me a situation where you had to deal with a problematic team member.   Answer Question
