Interview Details

Standard process...met with 3 people in a conference room...they asked me several questions...the PM asked questions about previous projects and dollar values. The Engineering Manager pinged on some technical questions. HR discussed benefits in the beginning and then left to another interview

    Interview Details

    Lockheed Martin does behavior interviews. I am not a fan of these. Typically they interveiw 3-4 employees for a position. The process is very long and drawn out.

    • You have to be able to think on your feet when answering behavioral interviews. Come prepared with good stories to situaitons you have encountered in the past.   Answer Question
