Interviewed Jun 2011 in Fort Worth, TX (took 2 days)
I was contacted by email and phone from a Lockheed Martin HR recruiter. They found my resume in their database and wanted to fly me out to be interviewed to work on JSF program in Fort Worth.
They thought I was a perfect fit until I pointed out to them that I had only recently graduated from college a year ago. Even though I had 2 years of engineering work experience through internships and 1 year of full time engineering work, they needed someone who had graduated at least 2 years from that day.
So unfortunately things did not work out at that time but I thought I'd let other applicants know that if they are qualified for a position then Lockheed Martin will call you, you don't have to wonder if your resume is just sitting around in some HR abyss, I know because it happened to me, I didn't even apply to anything I just submitted my resume on their website for general consideration.

Interviewed Mar 2012 (took a day)
Had a 20 minute phone interview, just went over my resume. The next week I had a job offer. It is probably important to note that I had interviewed for a similar job at Lockheed a few months before so that may have simplified the process. For that job interview I met with three separate hiring managers in person. I was actually given a verbal offer which was then put on hold and never came of anything.

Interviewed Nov 2011 in Goleta, CA (took a day)
Description of the interview process. It began by submitting a resume to the company's online jobs site. Received a phone call from one of the company's engineers and discussed my resume and background. Shortly after, an HR rep. called to schedule an in-person interview. After the interview was scheduled, and one day before a major holiday, the engineer that I spoke with previously asked that I prepare a presentation highlighting my technical knowledge on a subject of my choosing. Without changing my holiday plans to go out of town, I had to cram to prepare a decent presentation. To make a long story short, after eight hours of 1:1 interviews with engineers and managers, and after delivering a presentation which appeared to generate moderate interest, my follow-up emails appear to have fallen on deaf ears, and I never received a single reply, and of course no job offer.

Interviewed Feb 2010 in Bethesda, MD (took a day)
They came to my university, they are looking for a fitting attitude.
It is important that you get your citizenship in order. They dont have many jobs for non-citizens since they do government contracts. Its a plus if you have a clearance.

I got the interview through a College or University and the interview consisted of a 1:1 Interview.

Saw lots of people, some of whom knew why I was being interviewed while others really did not know specifically. LM is a large company, so be prepared for the time consuming HR process.

Interviewed Jul 2009 in Washington, DC (took 1+ week)
I was fortunate enough to have an inside contact in the company. My friend passed along my resume to one of the directors in the company. From there, he sent out my resume to a number of managers. My interview was very smooth. I talked to three managers all which had the same basic questions regarding my prior skills and how they could relate to the future job. I found everything very professional.

Negotiation Details
I tried to negotiate over the phone, but the HR person was not very nice. I would recommend replying via e-mail for salary negotiations at first. But, Lockheed is one of the best paying companies in the field, so I wasn't upset
Other Details
I applied In-Person and the interview consisted of a Group/Panel Interview, a Drug Test and a Background Check.

Interviewed Oct 2010 (took 2 months)
After talking to the Lockheed Martin recruiters at my university's career fair, I received an on-campus interview. The interview consisted of your normal behavior questions, and talking about your previous work/intern experiences. After about two weeks, I was invited to the next round of interviews at their Crystal City, VA location. That interview consisted of three individual interviews that lasted about 15-20 minutes each. Overall the interview process was very laid back, and enjoyable. They were more concerned about your skill sets and what you could bring to the company, rather than if you could be boxed into a certain category like most behavior interviews do.

Interviewed May 2008 in San Diego, CA (took 1 week)
Applied to another job req within Lockheed Martin. Interview process was an initial discussion with the program manager describing the nature of the work and my level of interest. The second portion of the interview was to meet the other team members and answer some relevant questions based on my resume.

Interviewed Sep 2009 in Montgomery, AL (took 4+ weeks)
Lockheed Martin employees will admit the process is cumbersome. The job title changed twice during the process. The timeframe from when I completed the online application to the 1:1 interview was less than 1 week. However, from that point to the receipt of the offer took over 3 weeks. Be prepared for multiple phone screenings and a background check.
Interview Questions
Reason for Declining
Pay amount offered did not meet my requirements. The position involved a great deal of responsibility for high-profile, high-availability systems, and the pay was not commensurate with the responsibilities laid out.

I got the interview through an Employee Referral and the interview consisted of a Phone Interview and a 1:1 Interview.
