LodgeNet post their intern openings through their website and also send them to local universities. The interview was conducted via conference call with the potential managers and related matter experts. The process took about 1 hour.
Questions asked includes past experiences relevant to the job description, more understanding/description of the job they are expecting to get done, and also some particular questions regarding what you would do at certain situations (more related to the job than to behavior).
Overall the interview was smooth and the interviewers are nice. It was a pleasant interview experience. Got feedback two weeks later.

There is no negotiation, the hourly rate for interns are stated in the job description and not negotiable.

I got the interview through a College or University and the interview consisted of a Phone Interview and a Group/Panel Interview.
