Interview Details – First got called in for an interview with the Security Director of the Hotel, and he went over a couple of routine questions like: why do you qualify for this job? what do you think your duties will be in this position? What do you associate with the brand Loews?. Then there was a phone interview that dealt more with personality. The phone interview was conducted by the HR department and it covered many questions that seemed repetitive at times. Questions dealt mostly with leadership qualities and hospitality feasibility.
