I applied online and the process took 2+ weeks - interviewed at Loft9 Consulting in September 2013.

Interview Details – They have a 48 business hour SLA in between rounds which is great. Int 1 assesses culture fit and is a 50/50 information gathering interview. Int 2 is a skills assessment with a written presentation prepared in advance. Int 3 is a process and problem solving evaluation. Whole process can be as short as a couple weeks to a couple months depending on firm need and applicant availability and skillset

I applied through a recruiter and the process took 4+ weeks - interviewed at Loft9 Consulting in September 2012.

Interview Details – Hiring started out initially as a message via linkedin. The interview process encompasses three stages. First stage was an interview with a consultant that was on an engagement. Second interview was with a practice director. And final interview were with the senior members of the company (which had a pre-interview test case and two in interview test cases).

Interview Question – The final interview had good test cases that are mainly geared to gain insight onto the candidate's thought process.   Answer Question
