basic questions for the interview. very easy to answer. learn to reflect goals and attitudes of the company you wish to work for. it will be easy to get hired. talk about going the extra mile. talk about doing the jobs that no one else will do. Be pleasant, kind, and respectable. Dress well and show up on time.

I applied online to a management job, I was contacted by a regional recruiter for the company. He gave me various options of openings. I could tell he wanted to make sure I found the right fit. After choosing the best location for me I did a 1 on 1 interview with the regional store manager who contacted me a few days later to offer me the job. My relocation was covered so long as I stay with the company 6months following relocation.

The interview consisted of a Phone Interview, a 1:1 Interview, a Drug Test and a Background Check.

I walked into the restaurant wearing a very nice outfit although it was an interview to work as a waitress at a restaurant. The manager came out to talk with me right away, asked me a few questions and then hired me on the spot. She was even flexible with me not starting for a few months because I was to be traveling in Europe.
