it was nice and comfortable. Nothing too hard. Everyone was very nice and answered all types of questions.
Two exams were easy enough, but needed concentration. The time is always too short to finish the assignments, but i noticed that every suffered from this.

I was contacted by a recruiter who I knew through a mutual friend. She invited me to submit a resume and fielded an impromptu phone interview, followed by an invitation to interview in person the next week. I met with her in person and two other managers in the department I would be working in. All seemed very positive and I received an offer pending a drug test the next day.

i was selected in logica cmg,bangalore and simply recruiter team in logica cmg,bangalore is really worst i have ever seen.During HR interview they told my salary is this is salary we are going to offer and after some days i called them several times then i got offer letter.after getting offer the salary is 25% less than they told in HR interview.then i called logica my salary is less than 25% and the recruiter team saying this much only we can give for your experience and i want to replace to another location also.One of my friend also selected in logica cmg,bangalore he didn't any mails or phone calls regarding the offer and after some days he called logica regarding the offer simply the recuriter team saying your position is filled.

Mainly because of salary process in logica ,worst recuriter team in logica cmg,bangalore and really the salary structure is hopeless.

The interview process at Logica was the best. Since I had 2+ years experience, there was no written test. 1st round was to test the communication skills, 2nd round was the technical interview and then the 3rd round was Personal profile mapping and final round was the HR interview. All the 4 interviews were completed on the same day and I got a confirmation that I'm selected on the same day as well! I loved the way Logica treated me.

I did not negotiate for the salary. I asked for 40% and I got that. My advice to other is that Logica is definitely a good place to work.

Very standard one to one interview, engaging discussion, rather than tick list of standard questions. Focus on my aspirations quite a lot.
Included a good overview of the current organisation and the changes they were pursuing at the time and the role that I could be expected to play in helping to deliver those changes.

The interview comprised to two sessions . First with a PM without SAP knowledge who asked the list of questionnaires provided by their clients with question like how good is your knowledge on the FI or CO or SD module (range 1-10) . Strong points & negative points . Within the FI module how is your knowledge on FI-AA , AR , AP etc without going into the details . At the end I question on a transaction (OB13 & KS03) . It was for a body which they wanted to sell to a pharma company as a support . No project at all . Total waste of time .
Second round with the HR which was more concrete and details . It was for 45 minutes .

The interview was a very normal interview. It lasted about an hour and I mostly got questions about my prior experiences within the field. They did not ask for any references. In general it was quite unstructured and felt more like a meeting and less like a interrogation. They did ask me the standard question: "What are your worse traits?".

Logica reached out to me after finding my resume on Careerbuilder. I passed the phone screen then went through 5 interviews. 2 with Logica and 3 with PMs at the client site. Logica wouldn't hire me unless the client approved of me for a specific role.

I wasn't able to negociate much. I should have asked for higher numbers. I lost 3 days of vacation compared to my previous job.
