I received a message from another Facility Representative or CSR, I assume, scheduling an interview. I was unable to make the date requested due to work scheduling. I requested the following day but was told the interviewer was only interviewing on one specific day. I was then asked why I couldn't make it. Once informed I was currently employed, I was asked a series of questions from the CSR or Facility Representative (not the one hiring). I informed of the caller of the need to give a two weeks notice to my employer and was informed the position would be filled before then. I was thanked for applying and then the call was disconnected. This decision was made by the scheduler not the interviewer.

Interviewed Oct 2009 in Phoenix, AZ (took a day)

I applied online and was contacted within 4 days via email for a phone interview where I was given 2 available time slots. The position was located in Phoenix and the interviewer was in Connitecut - the Director of Corporate Compliance. Phone interviews are always difficult, but this one was even more so because there was almost no response from the interviewer. He was, however, very responsive when I asked several questions about the company at the end of the interview.
