London Drugs Pharmacy Assistant Interview

Interview Details – Submit resume in-person, then told to apply online. Phone call from pharmacy manager for interview. Interview several hours long: general questions from store manger/assistant store manager & specific pharmacy-related questions from pharmacy manager. Phone interview for pay rate and IQ and personality test followed after hire.
Interview Questions
- If you have an angry customer in line, demanding for you to hurry up with their prescription, swearing and being verbally abusive, what would you do? View Answer
- What do you do in a situation where there are a lot of patients waiting in line and a lot of prescriptions that need be done? Answer Question
Negotiation Details – One could negotiate the pay grade, based on experience and qualification
Other Details - I applied in-person and the process took 2 days.
