Interviewed Sep 2009 (took a day)
The interview consisted of a technical presentation + technical/casual panel-based interview with 6 members. Two of the members were technically proficient in programming whereas two were from the faculty's higher management and faculty positions, one was a PhD student working over the same project and two were from a different faculty covering the same project. Questions were mostly related to the project and the panel apparently tried to link my presentation with the essential criteria present in the job description.

The offered me a package slightly lower that the highest salary in the range specified in the job advert in addition to other relocation allowances.

The interview consisted of a Phone Interview, a Group/Panel Interview and a Presentation.
