There was nothing particulary different about this interview process. Standard initial phone screen, then a call to come onsite to meet prospective team members.
Interview Questions
The most difficult questions were technical in nature. How would you go about designing an oscillator?

Rigid. No negotiating really on the inital offer.
Other Details
I got the interview through an Employee Referral and the interview consisted of a Phone Interview, a 1:1 Interview, a Skills Test, a Personality Test and a Background Check.
