Application

I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Los Angeles USD in August 2010.

Interview

It was a pretty basic one-on-one interview. They wanted to know about your prior experience with kids and what you would do to get them involved with the program. It took about 20 minutes. The atmosphere was very relaxed and everyone was really nice. My advice to others would be to be creative with your answers and to make sure you think about things from a kids' perspective; know what kids like and what you would do to help them enjoy the program.
