Accepted Offer – Interviewed in Oklahoma City, OK Feb 2012 – Reviewed Mar 27, 2012
Interview Details – The group interview process was pretty straightforward. General questions to determine your technical skills and personality. The panel I interviewed with were quick to display their approval. I knew I would be offered the position before the interview was even finished. The team seemed like a good group, but I found out later that I was penalized for being efficient and innovative.

Negotiation Details – I was hired through a recruiting company, so the negotiation phase was done through the recruiter, not the company itself.
Declined Offer – Interviewed in Feb 2012 – Reviewed Mar 11, 2012
Interview Details – Pleasant phone interview with corporate H.R. lasting about ten minutes, with very respectful tone. Received a follow up email shortly after, with further information about the company. Received phone call next day to schedule interview for the next week, followed by an in person interview with a district manager. Interviewer used a check list sheet that kept him preoccupied, not allowing a very personable interview. Asked about work history, spoke about profit sharing.
Interview Questions
Reason for Declining – Job posting was for local store, but in reality it was to get applicants to apply so they could try to get them to move out of state, a bait and switch. When I did not want to move I was told I would be contacted back on Wednesday of following week, but never received any follow-up, which told me the culture of the business was lies and deception.
