Interview Details – Submitted resume online. Received a call requesting an interview. Dressed professionally and had resume at first face-to-face interview, which involved the Store Manager and an Assistant Store Manager. Asked me questions about my experience in cabinet design and sales process. Asked questions of how I would go about selling him a kitchen, etc.

Negotiation Details – Not much negotiating. I think I was able to up my pay by $1 an hour more than the initial offer.

-If you're liked by the HR, then you'll come in for a face 2 face interview w/ the HR
-If you're still liked by the HR then you'll do another interview w/ the hiring manager
-If you're still liked by both of them you do another interview w/ both of them there
-If your still liked by both of them, you'll sign the necessary papers and get the job.

Negotiation Details – The HR told me my hourly rate, after I asked. Then told me that I would switch from a cashier to a specialist in one week.
