Interviewed Dec 2011 (took 3 weeks)
I applied for this position internally. I was called to come in and take an interview a couple of days after I had applied. The ASM who interviewed me had just been promoted to ASM, so it was one of his (if not the) first interview/s for a CSA position. He was very professional about it.
Interview Questions
However, it was changed to "why do you want this position," since I was interviewing for a promotion.
Negotiation Details
Make sure that if you are accepting a promotion that you seek out your HR and make sure that they are on top of giving you whatever raise that comes with it. I made the mistake of not talking to my HR and since she was not necessarily on top of things, I went a good three months without a raise when it was due.

Interviewed Apr 2012 in Starkville, MS (took a day)
The interview process took about two hours during a single day. First HR manager interviews you, secondly another department manger interviews you. I left after the first interview thinking it was over, and the HR manager called me back several minutes later asking me to come back for the second half of the interview. Whoops.. Make sure there you are finished for the day before you leave!
Interview Questions
6.) What are the most important traits in a customer service position?
7.) What is the best customer service experience you provided for a client?
8.) Why should you be chosen for this job?
9.) Name a time when your work was criticized
10.) Name a time you had to work with a group to accomplish a task
11.) Do you work best behind a desk or in a high paced environment?

Interviewed Feb 2012 (took 2 days)
Interview 1:1 first, aprx. half hour, with HR rep, called back next day for shorter meeting with ASM, then briefly with store manager, who informed of hiring. Everyone in these categories is mid-thirties, very professional, very nice and polite. They seem to be great people, making a sincere effort to do their jobs well, for probably minimal compensation. The drug test was administrated in-house. Almost all of the questions in the process consist of "tell me of a time when you found yourself in 'this' situation, and how did you deal with it?"
Employees, in general, are pleasant, down-to-earth, people working very hard for minimal compensation and -unless full time - minimal benefits.
Advise to dress in business attire for the interview process, even though the working dress code is on the casual side. Smile a lot and be friendly.

Interviewed Feb 2012 (took 1+ week)
I was interviewed for a flooring specialist, in which I had many years experience. The interviewer gave me a personality test, which consisted of questions concerning how I would deal with customers in a certain situation. I was then told there would be a second interview with the general manager. I never got a call back.
