Interviewed Feb 2010 (took 1 week)
Applied for the job after seeing a posting for seasonal sales help. Applied online, requesting a starting salery LOWER than i would accept. I had 3 different interviews. Tow with the HR department, and one with the department manage. After asking for only 10 hours per week, they pushed me into taking a min. of 15-20 hours a week. You must be willing to work every weekend and nights. Don't expect any time off when you ask for it. They demand that you don't trade off you shift with another sales person.I don't think the management are really in touch with the needs of the employee.

Interviewed Aug 2010 (took 2 days)
I was an internal candidate who was trying to move up. The questions are all the same for every specialist position. Very nerve-wracking because the interviewers are writing your answers down for later scoring. A few days after the initial interview, I was scheduled for a one on one with the store manager. At which time I was told that I wasn't chosen for the position.

Interviewed Apr 2010 (took 2 weeks)
Process is very drawn out. Kind of a good cop bad cop interview. HR Manager seemed confused and uninformed of certain company policies.
