After the phone interview I was asked to come in at a set time to interview with the manager. When I arrived, I was actually interviewed by a different manager, who then set up another date and time for me to come back again. The process seemed to take long because I was out of work at the time however, I realize they were moving fast considering they have other tasks like running a store to deal with as well.

Questions were the same as all Lowes. Tell us about a time when..... and how did you handle it.. Interviewed with HR ASM. Was told they would make a decision the next week. Called back twice after decision time and was told decision not made yet. I received an email the afternoon of the second call telling they had hired someelse.

I called them up to ask if the position was full, and they said no, and ask me did I wanted to come in the tomorrow for an interview. and the next day during the interview they asked me a few questions.

lowes reached out to me for an opening they had on their site. I filled the form on their site and they arranged for a phone interview which was really simple, where your recruiting manager asks about your experience. then they scheduled a group interview with their technical team which was at lowes hq where i had 2 rounds of interviews.
Although i was recruited for a technical role, the questions were not technical role at all. All the questions they ask are 12th grade programming questions which are really simple.

I was contacted by the HR Manager to see if I was still interested in the position I applied for and if so when could an interview be scheduled. The HR Manager gave me two dates to choose from when I could come in and we both agreed upon a time. She indicated that the interview would take about 45 minutes. I arrived 15 minutes before my scheduled time. I was interviewed by the HR Manager and the Store Manager in which they took turns asking me questions.

I applied for the job of a Weekend Salesfloor Team position online. I got a call the next week for an interview. I did well. The Human Resource manager asked some basic questions from his book verbatim. I finished the interview and he told me that he will call for the next. Three weeks later, he called me for a second interview with the store manager. I had waited an hour at the bench outside his office. As soon as I walked in, I knew from his posture and demeanor that this was a manager who might be very arrogant and I was right. He asked me questions about my work experience and what I would do in situations where I am assisting a customer. Overall it went well. SM and HR were impressed with me so they asked me to take a background check and a drug test that same day. After I had finished, HR told me they will call me if I obtain the position. Three weeks later, was offered position.

No Negotiation. I thought it would have been impolite. Plus it was excellent wage compared to other jobs I've worked.
