Very Easy Interview
I applied through a recruiter and the process took a day - interviewed at LoyaltyOne in May 2012.
Interview Details – Interview was great and the environment was very inviting. It was very easy to tell that the team was not overworked and enjoyed being there. The only negative was acquiring final feedback took longer than usual but they kept me informed that they were interviewing other people and when an offer was presented the entire process went very smoothly.
Interview Question – How would you describe the IT environment within Toronto? Answer Question
Negotiation Details – My agent negotiated my rate (no idea if that was difficult or not. When considering an offer consider the reputation of the company and all the fringe benefits (to my knowledge no other company comes even close to the level of benefits they can provide).
