Interviewed Nov 2011 in San Rafael, CA (took 1 week)
I applied online for the position, and was contacted within 2 weeks. The interview was scheduled for the following week which was a 1 hour Skype interview. It was very casual. They discussed my previous experience and where I see myself in 5 years. The left the position very vague, and cringed when I asked about job security.

Reason for Declining
I decided it was more effort than it was worth to pick up and move out to the bay area. They didn't offer relocation assistance so I had to take care of everything on my own. They offered much less than industry standard, especially considering the cost of living in the bay area.

I Applied Online and the interview consisted of a Group/Panel Interview and a Background Check.

The company throws their name around and offers less than industry standard pay wise. Unfortunate since it is so very expensive to live in the bay area. Makes LA look cheap in comparison. Lovely and wonderful setting to go to work to( 2600 acre ranch) a far cry from LA traffic! Too much office politics.Many nice people working there.

Interview process was fairly normal. I interviewed with a representative from Recruiting (for personality and working environment fit), and then the Finance Controller (for skill set and knowledge). I also interviewed with a visiting employee from the States because all my experience so far was foreign to SG, and based out of the US.

Negotiation Details
It was quite I wasn't able to negotiate a better offer, esp seeing that it is a contract position.
I'd advise others to find avenues of finding out certain information abt salary benchmarks and other compensations, since it is a very useful tool for an effective negotiation.
Other Details
The interview consisted of a 1:1 Interview, a Group/Panel Interview and a Personality Test.
