Interview Details – first of all contact area manager or regional sales manager then there will be telephonic interview in which they will see marketing skills and ability and communication skills after Clearing that there will be an online objective test called LCAT covering subjects Biology.Maths,English,and G.S. of 10th and 11th class level. after clearing lcat u vill have to face senior managment person from h.o. u face the interviv properly.

Interview Details – profile selection...waiting for candidates .... call from company for interview.. HR introduction .. technical or subjective interview. then wait for 2 hour and then lunch and tea and final second selection list here no one get out and final for Location head he will also see some candidate and he select all and Hr will conduct another interview for money bargaining the he will select finally
Interview Question – The most difficult and unexpected question was a bunch of "What if" and "An example of when..." kind of behavioral questions. I should have prepared these, I had not and really was stumped and ended up giving them real examples and expressed my honest opinions (not a good idea esp if you are opinionated like me). Interview Details – At First, I take an appoint for my interview to my Area Manager then he fixed some date and time. I reached their on time but i have to wait a lot for my interview. Finally my area manager came and taken my interview after that he passed me and transfer it to RSM. RSM taken my interview strating ti introduction, Marketing end ind to family back ground. Then he passed me and then he forwarded my CV to HO. Then i got a call from HO. HO has taken my interviews on Phone.Then I have to give online test. And after that my DGM has taken my Interview and Finally i got my offer latter.
