Interview Details –
Recruiters did not even want to talk to me as I am a white male. I found out that of the two jobs I interviewed for, the only candidates that were initially presented were young minority females, and generally friends of recruiters.
Recruiter was rude, discourteous, and incompetent - she completely forgot to inform me that my sign-on day was cancelled as the entire HR department was out of the office at a 'team building event'. I witnessed many of them coming back to the office that afternoon clearly intoxicated, stumbling. No apology was offered.
Interview Question – Not a question, but the iPEP personality testing was bizarre. Answer Question

Interview Details – My process was different because I started as an intern. After my internship, I was hired as an research assistant (had no interview). When I was promoted to Research Coordinator, they just asked what my contribution was on the projects? which project did I like the most? asked to read a sheet of paper that was in Spanish, just to verify that I spoke the language.
Interview Question – None really, just what was my plan in the future (i.e. career, school). View Answer
Negotiation Details – Since I was an internal candidate, the institution has a 15% policy and a program that places a person's experience and education on a scale with others who have the same position. The 15% policy is usually what gets people, basically you can only get a max of 15% increase from your current salary, if the 15% is less than the position you are getting promoted to, then you get the minimum pay regardless of whether you are overqualified than others. If the 15% is more than the minimum of the new position than the dept. or HR can decide if they want to give you the 15% or less (the minimum increase that can be given is 3%), which can put you on the minimum salary. The minimum is usually what people get paid, except upper management. If you are coming in as an external than you a bit more room for negotiation (although they still use the program to find your salary)

Interview Details – There was a long waiting process of not knowing what was going on, being said, etc. I didn't train myself for the interview, and everything went well. I would encourage others to just be themselves. I remember feeling tricked when HR called and made the offer...because they also include the cost they pay for insurance as part of your salary....so, you really feel like you're getting more.
Interview Question – Not in this interview, but I was asked once in an interview, "describe a time when you failed and how you overcame that failure." Answer Question
Negotiation Details – There is no negotiation in this company unless you are actively sought after.
