HR took almost a month to respond. But then expedited the whole process. First I had a 1:1 with the reporting manager. Questions were fairly straightforward and dealt mainly with pertinent work experience and my background. I found people to be very cordial and interview process was relaxed. Within two days follow up interview was set up. This was phone interview with department head, which again went very smoothly. I got the offer almost 3-4 weeks after the interview.

My interview was arranged through family friends and was more of a general informationl interview than an interview for specific position. I first met with the head of HR, who was extremely nice, and we just walked thorugh my resume andhe asks me what my potential areas of interest at the bank were.
