Interviewed Jan 2012 (took 2 weeks)
Posted for a job that I thought would be an excellent fit based on my background and experience. Recruiter was very pleasant and conducted a phone interview. A few days later I was contacted for a 1:1 Interview with the District Executive which went fantastic. Questions asked were: "What do you look for in an employer", "What are your future goals", "How do you feel about making Business calls", and " Where do you see yourself in 3 to 5 years". Absolutely the most laid back interview that I have ever been on.

Negotiation Details
When I was offered the position the salary that was presented was suitable for me financially and I verbally accepted. I feel that I could have negotiated for a few more thousand dollars, but I am a dedicated worker and will be able to make over and above my expectations based on their Manager incentive plan.
Other Details
The interview consisted of a Phone Interview, a 1:1 Interview, a Drug Test and a Background Check.

Interviewed Feb 2009 in Buffalo, NY (took a day)
First I was told over the phone that I would be interviewed so I arrived as the site. The HR manager was very pleasant and listened to what I said, carefully taking notes. There were several people behind me so regardless I felt nervous but wanted to make a good impression. We talked for about an hour running a little overtime and in the end she shook by hand and told me to wait for the next step.

Interviewed Nov 2009 (took 4 weeks)
Phone interview: aced as usual.
Went to HQ (Which is in the middle of nowhere) for interview with 5 people 1:1 for 5-6 hours. Must have not done well cuz no offer.
Pros: one of the managers I interviewed with was very nice.
Cons: HQ is in depressing location, 1 interviewer didnt show up, they made me come to HQ by 8-10hrs on train cuz they didnt want to pay for a flight, I literally went hungry b/c they interviewed me all day and provided now food for the day I was there. I would've been willing to buy but the HQ is literally in a meadow. Overall got a negative company vibe and am almost glad I didn't get an offer.

Interviewed Jan 2008 in Washington, DC (took 4+ weeks)
Interviewed first with the regional manager. He did a resume walk through and then moved to behavioral based questions about my past experience.
Tell me about a time when....?
Give me an example of...?
All related to my resume experience and were really easy to answer considering I do not lie or fluff my resume. Basic and easy
