Easy Interview 		Overall Positive Experience Received and Accepted Offer

Interviewed Jul 2007 in Rockville, MD (took a day)

I was working in another state at the time and they flew me down for the interview, even picked me up from the airport personally, instead of sending a car. They were very open and friendly. I interviewed with a Team Leader, Regional Manager, Market Manager, and Senior Credit Officer. Very general personality typing questions. Mostly tried to sell me on the program.

I got the interview through an Employee Referral and the interview consisted of a Phone Interview and a 1:1 Interview.
