I applied through posting on our school career services website. I was interviewed by a manager on campus who was also an alumnus. The interview was a standard resume walk-through with a focus on how my skills would fit into an area of the bank. A week later, I got an email that the interview went well; another week later I was interviewed by phone by a manager in Baltimore whose project I would be assisting with. The offer was finalized a day later.

The interview was not too bad. I was flown to Buffalo late the night before to interview for the position. Interview consisted of 4 different 15 minute interviews and a lunch with HR and a recent MDP alumni.

I secured a 1:1 interview after submitting my resume through my college's center of work and services. A few weeks after the first round interview, I got called back for a second round full day interview in the bank's headquarters in Buffalo, NY. The interviews were fairly straight-forward, I interviewed with 5 VPs and the company's recruiting director. I heard back from them in a week.
