Accepted Offer – Interviewed in Vancouver, BC (Canada) Aug 2011 – Reviewed Feb 8, 2012
Interview Details – It was a very pleasing experience. I was panel interviewed by 2 architects and Director for development. Initial questions revolved around my previous work, about the projects i worked and working on, the techologies used and methods/processed in-place. After that a more thorough questions specific to the skills/experience they are looking for. I was also required to make a draw some flows on the whiteboard. I was asked some questions about design patterns and was asked to write some pseudo code. Last question they gave was "if we are to call your current manager, how will they describe you" I confidently answered "dependable" as I am confident that I never failed the team :) and that was it. I got a positive feedback course thru my recruiter and got the job offer the next day. :)
