I met with three people, one at a time. The first interviewer was intense but I think he was mostly trying to weed out anyone that wasn't a good fit for the company.
The second interviewer asked questions more about my background and passions, as well as my educational experience.
The third lady that interviewed me was super nice and described the role to me and a little about the company and what it'd take to be successful.

The offer they made me was very fair and comparable to my peers. My advice would be to take the offer and prove your worth, the company will reward your hard work with raises and bonuses.

You will have to take a written test and then if you are selected, you will be having one is to one interview with the interviewer. Then, if you clear the interview there will be a round of HR interview. The technical interview was the toughest interview which I have ever cracked in my life. They asked me to design the architecture of g-talk in interview room in 2 minutes. There was much grilling on that in the interview room.
At first the office seemed nice, but soon you will realize that the office is pretty small. The people in the office are nice though and well mannered.

First they took one Written test which was C programming based . After clearing this test they had a programming test and gave two programs and asked to write its code . Then there were Two technical interview . They just ask basic questions of data structure , C programming , Computer Nteworks and Puzzles . I got the offer but i didnt accepted because it was less than i expected .

I sent an email to HR,they called me and told that interview is scheduled and sent call letter,the interview procedure was well managed,I could cleared two written test and one technical interview.that was my best interview as a fresher.

First there was a technical aptitude test.
Then an algorithm test.
Then a technical interview.
Then the HR interview.
Tech aptitude test and Algorithm test were Cutoff rounds.
Most importance was given to technical interview and it was extraordinarily tough for anyone who is not very good with logic of programming. But someone with good sense of logic could crack it as more importance was given to the logic aspect of it than the syntax etc.
HR interviews were more of a formality but the HR people were very supportive.

The offer was highest of all companies that come for placement to our college. I simply accepted it, didn't need to negotiate.
It pays high.
