Interviewed Apr 2009 in Cherry Hill, NJ (took a day)
My friend told me that the company is always hiring, so I called to set up an interview. I set up an interview for later in the week. I wore jeans and a business-appropriate top. I was immediately taken to a small room for an interview. They asked me about my previous work experience, which did not include any telephone work. They seemed impressed when I mentioned my typing skills. I noticed that all of the managers were young, probably under 30, and the general mood in the office was uplifting. The interviewer handed me a sheet of paper, and asked me to read it aloud. I was not familiar with some of the medical terms, but there were pronunciation keys right next to the unfamiliar words. I was offered a position, and signed up for training.

I think that they start off all interviewers off at the same rate, but I'm not sure. I was pleased with the offer, and did not negotiate the pay.
Other Details
The interview consisted of a 1:1 Interview and a Skills Test.

Interviewed May 2009 in Cherry Hill, NJ (took a day)
My friend told me about the job and said that they are always hiring. I decided I would try for the day shift, rather than the night shift, because it seemed to have more potential in terms of salary. The interview consisted of a few questions about my work history, seemed to just get a baseline for my demeanor. Then, the interviewer handed me a script to read, which included medical terminology (some of the words had pronunciations written next to them in parenthesis). The interviewer was pleased with my reading and signed me up for training. Most people don't dress up for the interview at all, but I wore nice jeans and a nice top with heels. It didn't hurt!
Interview Questions
Negotiation Details
I was just happy to get the job and knew that I would work hard to meet and exceed quota, so I would not be getting the base rate. I didn't try to negotiate.
Other Details
I got the interview through an Employee Referral and the interview consisted of a 1:1 Interview and a Skills Test.
