It was at the Mgm/Mirage International buildings. The interviewer was very nice but was not expecting another person to be in the room. The interviewer seemed to have overbooked his day and about 20 minutes into the interview, he said he needed to go and had another meeting in 5 minutes. The environment seemed fun and laid back.

In the beginning they explained the position and what they want as an candidate. After they interview you with simple questions like why this department? and what are you goals? if the match fits, you got the job.

First interview with Human Resource, 2nd interview with two hiring managers...first was an interview, second was to go to one of their stores, do a 4x4 walk through and then give results to hiring managers.

Over the phone interview about job history. if you pass then its a sit down interview, with standard questions about why do you want to work at mgm mirage, give an example of a challenging situation you resolved and standard industry questions of basic principals and practices

Applied at online site. Submitted soft copy resume via email as requested. In person interview tentatively scheduled via email correspondence. Interviewer said that he would call to confirm time. Never received call. A few weeks later did receive email that for expediency another hire was made. One of the main problems at this company is repeated lack of good communications.

Initial interview was one on one with what would be direct supervisor. This consisted on the typical interview questions, in depth questions about background and experience and some information about position and company. Second interview was with senior management within division. This was more conversational and provided greater information on the position.
