I applied online and the process took 2+ weeks - interviewed at MIG in November 2013.
Interview Details – MIG was looking to replace their DMA who was leaving. Submitted resume. Interview 1 with Melissa D'Amico from HR. Online assessment - 100 multiple choice questions (about 70 behavioral and 30 IQ questions). Fill out questionnaire. Interview 2 with Andrea Chong from Marketing. Final interview with Eric McGuardian the CEO. A final form - job history (Position/Manager Reference/Salary).
Interview Question – I expected the behavioral questions. The IQ questions threw me for a loop. I supposedly did well - but it was nerve wracking. No time limit... but I just wanted it to end :) Answer Question
The process took 5 days - interviewed at MIG in April 2010.
Interview Details – It was great and they were very supportive because I was still an intern.
Interview Question – All questions were straightforward and they asked me about myself. Answer Question
The process took 2 months - interviewed at MIG in February 2010.
Interview Details –
I was recruited from a job board by their HR department. She was nice and professional, but there were
long waits between steps of the process. e.g. I got the first call and confirmed
my interest, they didn't get back to me for weeks.
After the in person interview, it literally took them over a month to get back to me.
My interview went very well, and the feedback was positive. But no job offer.
