Interview Details –
The interview consists of two parts: 1) technical interview and 2) critical thinking/role playing interview
Initially interviewers were friendly however it appeared to me that the planning of the technical interview was not well organised as I had to actively talk about what I know for the most part rather than answering questions.
The 2nd interview was more structured and organised. It mainly assesses the interviewee's ability to think spontaneously and critically.
