Interviewed Feb 2009 in Burlington, MA (took 3 weeks)
Started with a phone screen and then a brief 1 on 1 at my school's career office. Two weeks or so later I had an on site interview that consisted of 3 1 on 1 interviews with my potential supervisor and some others in the department. The interviews had the feel of being free form and didn't have many penetrating questions, mostly asking for details about previous job experiences and school, and also talking about the job. I then went to interview with the HR person and we discussed mostly company infrastructure type topics. It seemed like a nice company to work for, for the right person, but I didn't feel like the fit was right for me.

Very simple process, each of the workers in the area would talk in a one on one interview and describe what they need from the new employee and you would meet with the hiring manager and he would outline what exactly ( usually the job description) they are looking for in an employee. Quick and easy process, technical questions about your job then you usually get to know within a few weeks if you received the job or not.

I was supposed to have a panel of 3 individuals of the security department, one didn't even show up. I was an in house contractor. They gave the job to a less qualified applicant.they told me this was because they were afraid I would go on to better things
