The process took a day - interviewed at MITRE in November 2010.
Interview Details – Phone screening, followed by group discussion with two hiring managers, followed by benefits presentation by a contractor, followed by weeks of calls and emails promising additional interviews, which never occurred. The whole process seemed very subjective and ad-hoc. I have been told that the only way to get an offer if to have a senior level sponsor.
