Interviewed May 2012 (took a day)
Submitted my app(and resume) in person and was called the next day. The manager was very nice and on top of things and I had an interview the next week. It was extremely simple and basic and he told me that his scheduling was very flexible. The interview was in a booth which felt a bit odd, but at the same time very relaxing. Overall, I seemed pretty satisfied and was given an offer right on the spot, and took the job.
Interview Questions
Negotiation Details
There was not too much room to negotiate, even though I had been previously paid $10 an hour, it was inconsistent(babysitting). So, I just took the minimum wage.
Other Details
I applied In-Person and the interview consisted of a 1:1 Interview.

Interviewed Jan 2010 (took a day)
New location, had not yet opened. One to one interview, very hard to focus b/c I was sitting up to the interviewer's desk in the middle of the construction mess with very little light,. Really basic interview questions, not difficult at all. I did not receive an offer, but I credit my poor performance to the unprofessional circumstances. Seemed like a strange way to attract the right people.

Interviewed May 2011 in Bear, DE (took 2 days)
Moe's keeps all applications on file, so even if they are not hiring they will still keep it for when they are. That's how i got my interview. There's a high turnover rate there, so they hire very frequently. The interview itself was very laid back and you basically find out if you make on the first interview.

Negotiation Details

Interviewed Jul 2009 in Rehoboth Beach, DE (took a day)
I was looking for a summer job, and a friend had suggested I apply to this establishment without knowing much about it. I went to the register and asked for an application. I had filled it out in the restaurant.
By the next day, I had gotten a call from the owner. The interview was set up for the next day.
I was asked only one question: "Tell me about yourself." I failed miserably at this, but then had the position explained to me and offered a job.
That was it. I came in the next morning to start.
Interview Questions
Negotiation Details
I was offered $8.50, which seemed reasonable for the type of work, and asked if I preferred part-time of full.
I don;t think anyone would need advice for getting a job here, if they call for an interview you got the job. However, you should consider if you really want to work here or not. Decline the offer if you are looking to work longer than four months.

I applied In-Person and the interview consisted of a 1:1 Interview.

Interviewed Jan 2008 (took a day)
Interview was the basic interview you would expect when interviewing for an open position. This was very straightforward, no surprises, basic questions, and very relaxed. I have no complaints about this organization or how the interview was handled but the compensation offered was below what I needed.

Interviewed Feb 2010 in Raleigh, NC (took a day)
Thought the interview was very unprofessional. I talked to the shift manager, who talked nothing about the position. She did the interview in a booth with everyone around us eating. It was uncomfortable and could not hardly hear her.
